This multi-level apartment building — featuring 12 fully furnished units and a rooftop pool — was designed for residential sale or short-term rental in one of Bali's most active urban zones.

The project demanded careful logistical coordination due to its location in a densely developed area, where traffic disruption, tight access, and community impact had to be tightly managed.

An early risk was also identified in the appointment of an unsuitable contractor. Project management proactively intervened, managing the safe removal of the original builder and coordinating a smooth handover to a capable contractor — ensuring the client's vision was delivered to high standards.
