This 5-level, mixed-type apartment building was developed on behalf of VAST and Canggu Properti. With over 20 units — from studios to 3-bedroom penthouses, some featuring private ground floor or rooftop pools — The Cruise was designed for fully furnished residential sale or short-term rental.
A unique challenge arose post-construction: defects and additional works needed to be completed after guests had already moved in. This demanded careful coordination with both the contractor and the hospitality team, alongside:
– Strict timelines
– Noise control and guest communication
– Cleanliness and visual presentation of the property
– Privacy and safety for guests on-site
