Designed as a world-class wellness destination, the site integrates a comprehensive suite of amenities—including a restaurant, lounge, bar, swimming pool, plunge pool, alongside a dedicated spa, sauna, and yoga pavilion—all tailored to an ultra-high-end guest experience.

This project involves full-cycle project management, beginning with the complex legal and jurisdictional establishment, through design coordination & site execution, to the final bespoke fit-outs and operational handover.
