Tropicana Bingin

Tropicana Bingin is a three-level building with 20 loft-style apartments, tailored for fully furnished residential sales or short-term rental. This project was developed on behalf of Canggu Properti, and added to the growing portfolio of stylish, high-yield properties in Bali’s coastal hotspots.

While the build progressed alongside Seseh Living, shared contractor resources posed ongoing challenges. Project management was introduced toward the final stages to regain control of the timeline and mitigate critical technical issues.

One of the main challenges was stormwater infiltration—including roof leaks, and water ingress through walls, doors, and windows. Our role involved urgent defect rectification, risk mitigation, and damage control, all under the pressure of a limited end-of-project budget.

This project has strengthened our ability to step into complex situations, restore direction, and deliver quality outcomes — even under pressure.
